The providers have decades of experience in emergency and urgent care as well as numerous years of experience in family and community medicine practice. Dr. Crumbley attended University of Georgia and received her degree in chemistry in 1978. She attended Emory Univisery School of Medicine and graduated in 1982. Dr. Crumbley completed her residency at Carolina medical center in Charlotte North Carolina. Dr. Crumbley went into private practice in 1985 and closed her practice in 2003 in Davidson North Carolina. She moved back to Georgia to do Emergency Medicine. Dr. Crumbley is happily married with 3 children.
Dr. Hilary Ellwood attended North Carolina State (undergrad) and Duke Medical. She received her medical degree in 1982. She completed her residency at Andrews Air Force Base and Malcolm Grow USAF Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Ellwood is board certified in Family Medicine. Her favorite practice is Urgent Care. She likes to play tennis and she enjoys horseback riding as well. Dr. Ellwood is happily married with 2 children.
Dr. Harold attended The Medical College of Georgia and received his medical degree in 1980. Dr Harold completed his family practice residency at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in 1983. After completing residency, Dr Harold practiced emergency medicine and urgent care medicine until 1986. In 1986 Dr. Harold went into private practice in Perry Georgia for 23 years. Dr. Harold is happily married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Kim Johnson, FNP-C
Mrs. Johnson is an accomplished 24 year nursing professional with significant experience in adult, pediatric and psychiatric acute and family care. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgia Southern University. She is an assistant Professor in Nursing at Middle Georgia State University. She is skilled in developing optimal patient treatment plans based on financial availability and patient advocacy.
Dr. Jeremiah McClure was born in Macon and raised in Dublin Ga. He was a student-athlete at Georgia Southern University playing 4 years of Division I Soccer. Dr. McClure received his medical degree from Mercer University and finished his residency at MUSC in Charleston. He continues to be involved in the community by mentoring young athletes in the disciplines of hard work, teamwork and a positive mental attitude by continuing to coach soccer outside of medicine.

Dr. Spencer Price attended Mercer University in Macon where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Biology. Later, he earned his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed an internal medicine residency at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Dr. Spencer, his wife, Erin, and their children divide their time between their home in Valdosta and their farm near Thomaston. Spencer is an avid runner, enjoys horseback riding, and follows government closely. His academic interests include, among others, national security issues, military history, insurgency and counter-insurgency warfare, and constitutional law.
Darrell Thompson, RN, DNP, ACNP-BC, FNP-BC
Darrell Thompson is an accomplished 22 year nursing professional with significant experience in adult, pediatric, psychiatric, acute and family care. He graduated with his Doctor of Nursing Practice with a specialty in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the Medical College of Georgia and with his Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgia College. He is the Associate Dean of the School of Health Sciences at Middle Georgia State University. He is skilled at treating patients while making them feel at ease.
Dr. Yvonne P. McAllister grew up in Macon and received her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1982. Upon completion of her residency training at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, Dr. McAllister went on to serve as an Associate Director of that same program until entering private practice in 1987. Some of her accolades include graduating with honors, and appointment to a Governor’s Consultant Committee. She prides herself on attention to detail and compassion for her patients. Dr. McAllister is married and enjoys gardening, sewing, baking and loving her cat and pet chickens.
Dr. Mossman graduated from London University and received his medical degree from Royal London Hospital Medical College. He currently serves on the Bibb County Board of Health, is a member of the Medical Association of Georgia, and is a life member of the American Academy of Family Practices. Dr. Mossman has five grandchildren (three granddaughters!) and enjoys spending his free time playing tennis and golf, hunting, and farming.
